Mehl mit Backpulver mischen und die H\u00e4lfte in die Mischung sieben. Alles unterr\u00fchren. Das restliche Mehl dazugeben und zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten. Teig etwas entspannen lassen, dann zu einem Rechteck ausrollen. Auf ein gefettetes Backblech auslegen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr den Belag Kirschen waschen und entsteinen, oder Kirschen aus dem Glas gut abtropfen lassen.
