Zucker und Salz dazu geben und alles vermischen.<br \/>\nEier, fl\u00fcssige Butter oder Margarine und Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen.<br \/>\nDie Sch\u00fcssel mit einem Deckel verschlie\u00dfen und mehrmals (etwa 15-30 Sekunden) kr\u00e4ftig sch\u00fctteln, so dass alle Zutaten gut vermischt sind. Zum Schluss die Kokosraspel hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles mit einem Schneebesen oder Kochl\u00f6ffel gr\u00fcndlich durchr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nTeig in eine gefettete und mit Mehl ausgestaubte Gugelhupfform f\u00fcllen und glatt streichen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen auf dem Rost bei 180\u00b0C etwa 45-50 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nDen fertigen Kuchen etwa 10 Minuten in der Form stehen lassen und dann auch einem Kuchenrost<br \/>\nst\u00fcrzen.
