Weiche Butter, Schichtk\u00e4se und abgeriebene Zitronenschale darauf geben und alles verkneten. Den Teig in Folie eingeschlagen f\u00fcr 30 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Makronenmasse Eiwei\u00df mit Zitronensaft sehr steif schlagen, Zucker und Vanillinzucker nach und nach einrieseln lassen. Kokosraspeln unterheben.<br \/>\nTeig d\u00fcnn ausrollen und Kreise (Durchmesser 5 cm) ausstechen. Pl\u00e4tzchen auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175\u00b0C etwa 10 Minuten vorbacken.<br \/>\nMakronenmasse darauf spitzen, mit Zitronenstreifen bestreuen bei 175\u00b0C weitere 15-20 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Dieses Foto hat uns freundlicherweise Matthias K\u00f6hler zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.
