Eier und Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren und die Butter untermischen. Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver mischen, sieben und unter die Masse r\u00fchren. Die Sahne schlagen und zuletzt unterziehen. Eine Springform (27 cm Durchmesser) gut fetten und den Teig hineinf\u00fcllen. Die Rhabarberst\u00fccke darauf gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180\u00b0C etwa 25 Minuten anbacken. Inzwischen den Belag zubereiten. Dazu die Butter, Zucker, Mehl und Mandeln kurz unter R\u00fchren aufkochen lassen und auf dem vorgebackenen Kuchen streichen.<br \/>\nNochmals ca. 25 Minuten backen.
