Die restlichen Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen und rasch zu einem glatten Teig verkneten.<br \/>\nTeig in eine Frischhaltefolie wickeln und f\u00fcr 1 Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr den Belag die Butter, den Zucker, den Honig und die Sahne aufkochen. Die Mandeln dazu geben und unterr\u00fchren. Die Masse etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nDen Teig zwischen Klarsichtfolie zu einem Rechteck von 25&#215;30 cm ausrollen und auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen. Mit der abgek\u00fchlten Mandelmasse bestreichen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180\u00b0C etwa 20-25 Minuten backen. Das fertige Geb\u00e4ck noch warm in gleich gro\u00dfe Stangen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Tipp:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nVersuchen Sie doch zur Abwechslung einmal Mandel-Pistazien-Stangen.
