Den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen.<br \/>\nIn einer Sch\u00fcssel Mehl, Zimt, Mandeln, Backpulver, Nartron und Salz mischen.<br \/>\nIn einer weiteren Sch\u00fcssel das Ei leicht verquirlen. Rohrzucker, \u00d6l, Zitronensaft und sauere Sahne unterr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDie fl\u00fcssigen Zutaten auf die Mehlmischung geben und r\u00fchren bis alle Zutaten feucht sind. Nicht zu lange r\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDen Teig in die vorbereiteten Formen geben und zu etwa 3\/4 f\u00fcllen.<br \/>\nAuf einem Rost auf mittlerer Schiene in den Backofen schieben und bei 180\u00b0C etwa 20-25 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nDie gebackenen Muffins 5 Minuten in den Formen ruhen lassen, dann auf einem Kuchengitter st\u00fcrzen und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Rumglasur den Puderzucker mit etwas Rum zu einer geschmeidigen Masse anr\u00fchren.
