Backofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen.<br \/>\n6 Marshmallows zur Seite legen f\u00fcr die Dekoration, den Rest klein schneiden.<br \/>\nIn einer Sch\u00fcssel das Mehl, Backpulver, Natron, Raspelschokolade und Mandeln verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDas Ei in einer anderen Sch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren, dann den Zucker, Vanillinzucker, \u00d6l und Milch dazugeben und verr\u00fchren. Die trockenen Zutaten zu den feuchten Zutaten geben und alle Zutaten sehr vorsichtig mischen. Nicht zu lange r\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDen Teig in die vorbereiteten Formen geben und zu etwa 3\/4 f\u00fcllen.<br \/>\nAuf einem Rost auf mittlerer Schiene in den Backofen schieben.<br \/>\n20-25 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nDie gebackenen Muffins in den Formen auf einem Drahtgitter 5-7 Minuten abk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann auf das Gitter st\u00fcrzen und vollst\u00e4ndig ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nKuvert\u00fcre im Wasserbad erw\u00e4rmen und die Muffins damit bestreichen.
