Back\u00f6l, Ei dazu geben und unterr\u00fchren. Mehl mit St\u00e4rke und Backpulver mischen, sieben und unter den Teig kneten. Teig in eine Plastikfolie schlagen und f\u00fcr 30 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br \/>\nTeig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che ausrollen und mit einem Ausstecher Flugzeuge o.\u00e4. ausstechen (oder eine Schablone verwenden). Auf ein Blech mit Backpapier legen und mit Milch bestreichen.
