Mehl mit Backpulver mischen, sieben und zugeben. Die Masse in eine gefettete Fettpfanne oder in einen Backrahmen(Format 30&#215;40) geben und glatt streichen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175\u00b0C etwa 30 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nDen erkalteten Kuchen mit Johannisbeergelee bestreichen.<br \/>\nMarzipanrohmasse mit Puderzucker gut durchkneten. Zwischen zwei Plastikfolien legen und ausrollen. Den Kuchen damit belegen.
