Mehl mit Kakao und Backpulver mischen, sieben, und essl\u00f6ffelweise unterr\u00fchren. Zum Schluss die Haseln\u00fcsse unterheben. Die Masse in einen Spritzbeutel mit Sternt\u00fclle f\u00fcllen und etwa 4 cm lange Stangen auf ein gefettetes Backblech spritzen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175\u00b0C etwa 7-10 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung das Nussnougat in einem kleinen Topf im Wasserbad zu einer geschmeidigen Masse verr\u00fchren, die H\u00e4lfte der erkalteten Pl\u00e4tzchen auf der Unterseite damit bestreichen, die \u00fcbrigen darauf legen, gut andr\u00fccken.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr den Guss die Schokolade in St\u00fccke brechen und mit dem Kokosfett in einem kleinen Topf im Wasserbad zu einer geschmeidigen Masse verr\u00fchren, die Stangenenden hineintauchen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Dieses Foto hat uns freundlicherweise Nicola Glania zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.
