Puderzucker in einem Topf zu einem kr\u00e4ftig braunen Karamell schmelzen lassen, zwischendurch umr\u00fchren. Nacheinander Sahne, Butter, Honig, Zimt und Vanillemark dazugeben und gut verr\u00fchren. Topf vom Herd nehmen.<br \/>\nDie Marzipanrohmasse in Fl\u00f6ckchen und die Haseln\u00fcsse dazugeben. Kr\u00e4ftig r\u00fchren, bis sich das Marzipan v\u00f6llig aufgel\u00f6st hat. Die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che d\u00fcnn mit \u00d6l bestreichen. Die Masse darauf geben, etwas flachdr\u00fccken und ganz ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nDie ausgek\u00fchlte Masse in 3 gleich gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke teilen. Jedes St\u00fcck zu einer 35 cm langen Rolle formen, jede Rolle in 20 kleine St\u00fccke teilen.<br \/>\nDie St\u00fccke zu kleinen Kugeln rollen und mit den drei Fingern zu H\u00fctchen formen.<br \/>\nH\u00fctchen in Kakaopulver w\u00e4lzen, etwas abklopfen und d\u00fcnn mit Puderzucker bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Dieses Foto hat uns freundlicherweise Anke Baumh\u00f6fer zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.
