Pfirsiche in eine kleine Schl\u00fcssel geben. Mit Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln und mit 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker bestreuen. In einer anderen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Sch\u00fcssel Mehl, restlichen Zucker, Backpulver und Zimt mischen.\u00a0 Ei in einer mittelgro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel zu einer dicken, blassgelben Creme schlagen. Milch und Margarine unterr\u00fchren. Pfirsiche zuf\u00fcgen. Alle Zutaten sehr vorsichtig mischen, nicht zu lange r\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDen Teig in die vorbereiteten Formen geben und zu etwa 3\/4 f\u00fcllen. Auf einem Rost auf mittlerer Schiene in den Backofen schieben.<br \/>\n15-20 Minuten backen. Den Gartest machen. Die gebackenen Muffins in den Formen auf einem Drahtgitter 5-7 Minuten abk\u00fchlen lassen.
