Nach und nach das Mehl unter die Buttermasse r\u00fchren, den Rest unterkneten.<br \/>\nTeig in eine Folie wickeln und f\u00fcr 2 Stunden in den K\u00fchlschrank legen. Aus dem Teig portionsweise bleistiftdicke R\u00f6llchen von 20 cm L\u00e4nge formen, zu Brezeln zusammenlegen und auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180\u00b0C etwa 12 Minuten hellgelb backen.
