Nach und nach den Zucker, Vanillinzucker, Eier, Salz, Zitronenschale und Mandeln unterr\u00fchren. Mehl mit Backpulver mischen, sieben und portionsweise unterr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nEin Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und evtl. mit einen Backrahmen (falls vorhanden) umstellen. Falls keiner vorhanden ist den R\u00fchrteig einfach so auf das Backblech streichen.<br \/>\nDie Renekloden (oder Mirabellen) waschen, halbieren und entsteinen. Mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach unten auf den Kuchen legen. Braunen Zucker darauf streuen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen auf der mittleren Einschubleiste bei 200\u00b0C etwa 25 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nDen Kuchen aus dem Ofen nehmen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
