Puderzucker oder feiner Zucker<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00fcr den Teig das Mehl, Speisest\u00e4rke und Puderzucker in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen. Salz, Vanillezucker und die Butter in Fl\u00f6ckchen dazugeben. Alles mit den Knethaken des Handr\u00fchrers kr\u00fcmelig vermischen. Den Rum dar\u00fcber tr\u00e4ufeln, dann schnell mit den H\u00e4nden zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verarbeiten. In eine Frischhaltefolie wickeln und mindestens 60 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<br \/>\nAus dem Teig kleine Kugeln formen und mit den Zinken einer Gabel etwas flach dr\u00fccken. Nebeneinander auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech geben.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180\u00b0C etwa 10-12 Minuten backen, ohne sie zu br\u00e4unen.
