Zucker und Eier nach und nach zugeben und unterr\u00fchren. Mehl mit St\u00e4rke und Backpulver mischen und zusammen mit der geriebenen Schokolade und den Haseln\u00fcssen zu der Butter-Eiermasse geben. Alles miteinander verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nEin Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und die Masse darauf verstreichen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 190\u00b0C etwa 20-25 Minuten backen, dann abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nDie Kuchenplatte vom Backpapier l\u00f6sen und in gleich gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<br \/>\nKuvert\u00fcre und Kuchenglasur zu gleichen Teilen im warmen Wasserbad schmelzen.
