In einer anderen Sch\u00fcssel die Milch mit dem \u00d6l und dem Essig vermischen. Die Wasser-\u00d6l-Essigmischung in die Mehlmischung geben und verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nSchokoladenmasse zur H\u00e4lfte in die gefetteten Muffinsformen geben oder Papierf\u00f6rmchen verwenden.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Quarkmasse alle Zutaten miteinander verr\u00fchren und auf die Schokoladenmasse geben. Mit einem Zahnstocher o.\u00e4. die Quarkmasse mit der Schokomasse etwas verr\u00fchren bis das Ganze marmoriert ist.
