Das Mehl mit dem Salz und der Orangenschale mischen und unter die Butter-Zucker-Mischung kneten. Teig etwa 30 Minuten in Frischhaltefolie gewickelt in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br \/>\nTeig etwa 8 mm dick ausrollen und in Streifen (ca. 2 x 7 cm) schneiden. Im Abstand von etwa 3 cm auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen und mit einem Holzst\u00e4bchen L\u00f6cher in die Kekse stechen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175\u00b0C etwa 15 Minuten backen.
