Backofen auf 190\u00b0C vorheizen.<br \/>\nMehl mit Zucker, Backpulver und Salz in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen. Eier in einer anderen Sch\u00fcssel etwas schaumig r\u00fchren, die zerlassene Butter oder Margarine, Rum Kokossirup und Ananasst\u00fccke dazugeben und etwas verr\u00fchren. Die fl\u00fcssigen Zutaten unter die trockenen Zutaten geben.
