Mit 50 g Puderzucker, gehackten Mandeln, Cognac oder Weinbrand und Eiwei\u00df gut verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nMarzipanrohmasse mit dem gesiebten Puderzucker verkneten. Auf dem restlichen Puderzucker 5 mm dick ausrollen. 15 Streifen, 12 cm lang und 1 cm breit, davon abschneiden.<br \/>\nAus der Schokolade-Mandel- Masse 10 cm lange und 3 cm dicke Rollen formen. 3 d\u00fcnne Marzipanstreifen mit einrollen (sie sollen Speckstreifen imitieren). Rollen in die \u00fcbrige ausgerollte Marzipanrohmasse einwickeln. Gut andr\u00fccken.
