Rum und etwas Milch dazugeben, Gew\u00fcrze, Kakao und Kaffee hinzuf\u00fcgen und einarbeiten. Mehl mit Backpulver mischen und portionsweise abwechselnd mit der restlichen Milch (in der das Hirschhornsalz gel\u00f6st wurde) einarbeiten. Zuletzt das fein gehackte Zitronat und Orangeat unterziehen. Die Masse auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech streichen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 170-180\u00b0 C etwa 25-35 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nEtwas abk\u00fchlen lassen, in Dreiecke zerteilen und mit gekochter Zuckerglasur \u00fcberziehen.
