Das Zitronat, Orangeat und die Sultaninen fein hacken.<br \/>\nDie Haseln\u00fcsse 10 Minuten im vorgeheizten Backofen r\u00f6sten, damit sich die Haut l\u00f6st. N\u00fcsse aneinander reiben, bis die Haut vollst\u00e4ndig entfernt ist.<br \/>\nDie eingeweichten Fr\u00fcchte in ein Sieb sch\u00fctten und abtropfen lassen. Fr\u00fcchte in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben und das Zitronat, Orangeat, Sultaninen und ganze N\u00fcsse dazugeben. Ahornsirup, Eier, Obstler, Zimt, Nelken und Salz gut untermischen. Das Mehl dar\u00fcber sieben, die Semmelbr\u00f6sel zuf\u00fcgen und alles gr\u00fcndlich zu einem lockeren Teig vermengen.<br \/>\nEine gro\u00dfe Kastenform mit reichlich Butter fetten, und den Fr\u00fcchteteig hineinf\u00fcllen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175\u00b0C auf mittlerer Schiene etwa 45 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nDas fertige Fr\u00fcchtebrot noch 10 Minuten in der Form ruhen lassen, dann zum Ausk\u00fchlen auf ein Kuchengitter st\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nZum Aufbewahren in Alufolie wickeln.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Dieses Foto hat uns freundlicherweise Dirk Rensen zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.
