Gew\u00fcrze und Rum zugeben und unterr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDas gesiebte Mehl mit Speisest\u00e4rke, Kakaopulver und den geriebenen Waln\u00fcssen mischen. Eiwei\u00df mit dem restlichen Schnee schlagen.<br \/>\nDavon zuerst etwa ein Viertel unter die Butter Eiermasse r\u00fchren, den Rest dann zusammen mit der Mehlmischung vorsichtig unterziehen, damit die Masse m\u00f6glichst wenig an Volumen verliert.<br \/>\nIn die vorbereitete Rehr\u00fcckenform f\u00fcllen und bei 190 Grad etwa 50-60 Minuten backen.
