Nach und nach Vanillinzucker, Zitronenschale, Salz und Eier unterr\u00fchren. Mehl mit Backpulver mischen und abwechselnd mit der Milch unterr\u00fchren, bis ein z\u00e4hfl\u00fcssiger Teig entstanden ist. R\u00fchrteig in eine gefettete Springform geben und glatt streichen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr den Belag die Haseln\u00fcsse hacken, in hei\u00dfer Butter wenden, zuckern, karamellisieren und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nDie \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, in Spalten schneiden und mit Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln.
