Backofen auf 175\u00b0C vorheizen.<br \/>\nMehl, Backpulver, Natron, Zucker, Haferflocken, Ananas und Zitronenschale in einer Sch\u00fcssel mischen. Ei in einer Sch\u00fcssel schaumig schlagen. \u00d6l, Ananassaft und Buttermilch unterr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nAlle Zutaten sehr vorsichtig mischen.
