Zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verkneten. Teig abgedeckt ca. 2 Stunden kaltstellen.<br \/>\nAnschlie\u00dfend etwa 4 mm dick ausrollen und in eine gefettete Springform geben, an den R\u00e4ndern hochziehen.<br \/>\nSchinken in Streifen schneiden und mit dem unaufgetauten Gem\u00fcse auf dem Teig verteilen. K\u00e4se raspeln, dar\u00fcber streuen.
