Nochmals durchkneten und 250 g gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke abwiegen. Lange Brezenstr\u00e4nge ausrollen und zu einer Brezel formen. Je 2 Brezeln auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier setzen und zugedeckt nochmals etwa 1 1\/2 &#8211; 2 Stunden gehen lassen.
