Diesen etwa 15 Minuten zugedeckt gehen lassen.<br \/>\nRestliches Mehl, Ei, Zucker aufgel\u00f6ste und abgek\u00fchlte Butter und Salz dazugeben und zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten. Teig nochmals zugedeckt 30 Minuten gehen lassen. Ein Backblech (Format ca. 38&#215;26 cm) fetten und den Teig darauf ausrollen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr den Belag Quark, Pudding, Ei, Zucker, Zitronenschale verr\u00fchren. Die fl\u00fcssige Butter zum Schluss unterr\u00fchren. Die Quarkmasse auf den Hefeteig geben und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verstreichen.<br \/>\n\u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, vierteln und in Scheiben schneiden. Den Kuchen damit gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig belegen.<br \/>\nBackofen auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen und den Kuchen etwa 45 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nAprikosenmarmelade aufkochen lassen und den Kuchen damit bestreichen. Ger\u00f6stete Mandeln dar\u00fcber streuen.
