Entsteinte Kirschen oder gesch\u00e4lte und in kleine Streifen geschnittene \u00c4pfel vorsichtig unterheben.<br \/>\nFett auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen und die Donuts essl\u00f6ffelweise ins hei\u00dfe Fett geben und goldbraun ausbacken.
