Die Eier trennen und das Eiwei\u00df zusammen mit dem<br \/>\nSalz steif schlagen. Das Eigelb mit dem Zucker schaumig schlagen. Nach und nach die \u00c4pfel, den Joghurt, Waln\u00fcsse, Bourbon-Vanillinzucker, Zimt, Muskatnuss und das mit Backpulver vermischte Mehl zugeben und zu einem glatten Teig vermengen. Das Eiwei\u00df vollst\u00e4ndig unterheben.<br \/>\nEine Springform (Durchmesser 24 cm) mit Backpapier auslegen.<br \/>\nDie Masse in die Springform gie\u00dfen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 160-170\u00b0C etwa 50-60<br \/>\nMinuten auf mittlerer Schiene backen <em>(*St\u00e4bchenprobe)<\/em>. Nach dem Backen den Kuchen in der Form erkalten lassen, dann aus der Springform l\u00f6sen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Glasur den Puderzucker mit der Milch verr\u00fchren, den Kuchen damit bestreichen und<br \/>\ntrocknen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>*Info St\u00e4bchenprobe:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>So funktioniert es: Ein Holzst\u00e4bchen (Zahnstocher oder Schaschlikst\u00e4bchen) in die Mitte des Kuchens stechen.
