Die Fr\u00fcchte vierteln und entsteinen. Die St\u00fccke mit Honig und Zitronensaft p\u00fcrieren. Apfelsaft unterr\u00fchren. Alles f\u00fcr 1 Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br \/>\nIn die Eismaschine geben, und so lange warten, bis die Masse cremig fest geworden ist.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Tipp:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nWer keine Eismaschine hat, stellt das Eis in das Gefrierfach und r\u00fchrt es zwischendurch des \u00f6fteren und am Schluss noch einmal kr\u00e4ftig mit dem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t durch, dadurch wird Luft eingearbeitet, so dass das Eis locker wird.
