Die Eier nach und nach unterr\u00fchren. Mehl<br \/>\nmit Mandeln, Kakao, Backpulver und Orangenschale mischen und nach und nach unter die Fett-Zucker-Mischung r\u00fchren.<br \/>\nMadeleinform fetten, die Masse einf\u00fcllen und glatt streichen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175\u00b0C etwa 18-25 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nB\u00e4rentatzen noch einige Minuten im Backblech ruhen lassen, dann auf ein Kuchengitter st\u00fcrzen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nMit der restlichen Masse genauso verfahren, bis sie aufgebraucht ist.<br \/>\nDie Kuvert\u00fcre im Wasserbad erw\u00e4rmen. Das vordere Drittel der B\u00e4rentatze in Kuvert\u00fcre tauchen und<br \/>\ndie Mandelstifte als Krallen darauf setzen.
