Baileys)<br \/>\n200 g Mehl<br \/>\n1 P\u00e4ckchen Backpulver<br \/>\n300 g gemahlene Mandeln<br \/>\n1 Prise Salz<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Au\u00dferdem:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nFett und Mehl f\u00fcr die Form<br \/>\n50 g gehackte Mandeln<br \/>\n50 g brauner Kr\u00fcmelkandis<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Masse die Butter mit braunen Zucker und Vanillinzucker mit dem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t cremig verr\u00fchren. Eier trennen. Eigelb nacheinander unterr\u00fchren. Den Lik\u00f6r einr\u00fchren. Mehl mit Backpulver, gemahlenen Mandeln und Salz mischen. Mehlmischung nach und nach unter die Eier-Masse r\u00fchren. Eiwei\u00df in einer anderen Sch\u00fcssel steif schlagen und locker unter den Teig heben.<br \/>\nEine Kastenform fetten und mit Mehl best\u00e4uben. Teig darin glatt streichen. Mit gehackten Mandeln und Kandis bestreuen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175\u00b0C etwa 50 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nKuchen aus dem Ofen nehmen, etwas abk\u00fchlen, aus der Form st\u00fcrzen und auf einem Kuchengitter vollst\u00e4ndig ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Dieses Foto hat uns freundlicherweise Manuel Sch\u00e4r zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.
