So lange r\u00fchren, bis sich der Zucker gel\u00f6st hat. Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver mischen und unter die Eimasse r\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDas Fett in einer Friteuse auf 180\u00b0C erhitzen.<br \/>\nMit 2 Teel\u00f6ffeln kleine Teigh\u00e4ufchen abstechen. Immer 8-10 Teigb\u00e4llchen auf einmal etwa 4 Minuten backen. Dabei jedes B\u00e4llchen nach der H\u00e4lfte der Ausbackzeit einmal umdrehen.
