Nach und nach die Eier dazugeben und unterr\u00fchren. Mehl mit Speisest\u00e4rke und Backpulver mischen, dazugeben und zu einer glatten Masse verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nEine Kastenform fetten und eine etwa 1\/2 cm dicke Schicht in die Form geben und verstreichen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200\u00b0C etwa 5 &#8211; 10 Minuten backen. Dann die n\u00e4chste Teigschicht darauf streichen und wieder backen. Wiederholen bis der Teig verbraucht ist, dann den Kuchen auf einen Rost st\u00fcrzen und erkalten lassen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Glasur den Puderzucker mit dem Wasser verr\u00fchren. Den Kuchen damit glasieren. Mit Belegkirschen und Zitronat verzieren.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Dieses Foto hat uns freundlicherweise Spatze zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.
