Zitronenschale und die abgek\u00fchlte Sirupmasse dazugeben und verkneten. Nach Bedarf Wasser zuf\u00fcgen. Im K\u00fchlschrank abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nDen Teig ausrollen und Herzen, Sterne oder andere Formen ausstechen.
