Mit dem Teig auslegen, dabei einen hohen Rand arbeiten. 10 Minuten bei 180\u00b0C &#8222;blind backen&#8220;*. Apfelmus einf\u00fcllen. Gesch\u00e4lte \u00c4pfel halbieren, und entkernen. In d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Kranzf\u00f6rmig auf das Mus legen.<br \/>\nAprikosenmarmelade mit Aprikosen-Brandwein oder Apricot Brandy verr\u00fchren. Apfelscheiben damit bestreichen. Mandelstifte an den Rand und in die Mitte streuen.<br \/>\nAuf die mittlere Schiene in den vorgeheizten Ofen schieben.
