Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen und nochmals 30 Minuten gehen lassen.<br \/>\nDen Backofen auf 220\u00b0C vorheizen.<br \/>\nEine breite Fettpfanne auf den Ofenboden stellen und mit einem Liter kochendem Wasser f\u00fcllen.<br \/>\nFladenbrote mit Wasser bestreichen und mit Sesamk\u00f6rner und Schwarzen K\u00fcmmel bestreuen. In den Ofen schieben und etwa 20 Minuten hellbraun backen.
