In Frischhaltefolie wickeln und f\u00fcr 1 Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br \/>\nDie Marzipanrohmasse mit dem Puderzucker verkneten und mit Eiwei\u00df verr\u00fchren, bis die Masse spritzf\u00e4hig ist.<br \/>\nDen Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che d\u00fcnn ausrollen.
