Vollmilchkuvert\u00fcre reiben und zugeben. Eier nach und nach zuf\u00fcgen. Mehl und Backpulver mischen und zusammen mit dem Gl\u00fchwein unterr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nBackofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen; den Teig auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Blech (Ma\u00dfe ca. 50 x 30 cm) einf\u00fcllen und glatt streichen. Ca. 25-30 Minuten backen. Danach die Teigplatte auf ein K\u00fcchenbrett st\u00fcrzen, Backpapier abziehen und Teigplatte ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
