Mit den Eiern, Rum, Zucker, Salz und Quark zu einen festen Teig verkneten. Auf eine bemehlte Arbeitsfl\u00e4che etwa 1\/2 cm dick ausrollen und zu Rauten ausradeln oder schneiden. Jeweils an einer Seite einschneiden, so dass zwei Ohren entstehen.<br \/>\nDas Frittierfett in einen breiten Topf erhitzen <em>(*St\u00f6ckchenprobe)<\/em>. Auf mittlerer Herdstufe die Hasen\u00f6hrl auf beiden Seiten ausbacken. Kurz auf K\u00fcchenkrepp abtropfen lassen und danach in Zimtzucker w\u00e4lzen. M\u00f6glichst noch warm servieren.<\/p>\n<p><em>*St\u00f6ckchenprobe:<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Einen Zahnstocher in das Fett heben.
