Abwechselnd Zucker, Ei, das Gemisch aus St\u00e4rke, Mehl und Backpulver und die saure Sahne darunter r\u00fchren. Zuletzt den Teig durchkneten und im K\u00fchlschrank kalt stellen.<br \/>\nAus dem Teig fingerdicke Rollen formen und in etwa 5-6 cm lange St\u00fccke teilen. Jedes St\u00fcck an einem Ende bis zur H\u00e4lfte einschneiden und die entstehenden Enden jeweils zweimal versetzt einschneiden, damit das Geb\u00e4ck beim Ausbacken wie ein Geweih aufspringen kann.<br \/>\nPflanzenfett oder \u00d6l auf 165-175\u00b0C erhitzen und die Hirschh\u00f6rner darin schwimmend ausbacken.
