Vanillinzucker, brauner Zucker und Honig unterr\u00fchren, bis sich der Zucker gel\u00f6st hat.<br \/>\nZimt mit Mehl mischen, sieben und dazu geben. Alles vorsichtig unterheben. Weiterr\u00fchren, bis die Masse cremig ist.<br \/>\nDie Sultaninen klein schneiden und zuf\u00fcgen. Die gehackten Mandeln und Schokoraspel nach und nach zuf\u00fcgen und alles unter den Teig r\u00fchren.<br \/>\nEin Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und die Masse darauf gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verstreichen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175\u00b0C etwa 15 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nNoch warm in etwa 5 cm lange Streifen schneiden und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr das glasieren die Kuchenglasur im Wasserbad erw\u00e4rmen. Die Kokosraspel und die gemahlenen Pistazien jeweils auf einen Teller streuen.
