Eigelb und fett schaumig r\u00fchren. Zimt, Nelken, Saft und abgeriebene Zitronenschale zuf\u00fcgen. Mehl und Backpulver unter die abgek\u00fchlte Honigmasse r\u00fchren.<br \/>\nAlles zu einem geschmeidigen M\u00fcrbeteig verkneten. Teig f\u00fcr 1 Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<br \/>\nDanach 1\u00bd cm dick auf bemehlter Fl\u00e4che ausrollen und kleine runde Pl\u00e4tzchen ausstechen. Auf ein gefettetes Backblech legen, d\u00fcnn mit verquirltem Eigelb bestreichen.
