Backofen auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen.<br \/>\nK\u00e4se, Mehl, Backpulver, Natron, Zucker und Salz in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel mischen. Ei, Butter und Dickmilch in einer mittelgro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel glattr\u00fchren. Alle Zutaten sehr vorsichtig mischen. Nicht zu lange r\u00fchren. Den Teig in die vorbereiteten Formen geben und zu etwa 3\/4 f\u00fcllen und mit Emmentaler bestreuen.<br \/>\nAuf einem Rost auf mittlerer Schiene in den Backofen schieben. 15-20 Minuten backen. Den Gartest machen. Die gebackenen Muffins in den Formen auf einem Drahtgitter 5-7 Minuten abk\u00fchlen lassen.
