N\u00fcsse mit Zitronat, Orangeat, geraspelte Schokolade und Gew\u00fcrze mischen und unter die Eier-Zucker-Masse r\u00fchren.<br \/>\nMehl mit Backpulver mischen, sieben und zusammen mit den geriebenen Kartoffeln unter den Teig geben. Alles gut miteinander vermengen.<br \/>\nDen Teig auf die Oblaten streichen.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 160\u00b0C etwa 20 Minuten hell ausbacken.<br \/>\nDie fertigen Lebkuchen abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nInzwischen gesiebten Puderzucker mit einigen Tropfen Wasser zu einer streichf\u00e4higen Glasur anr\u00fchren und je zur H\u00e4lfte die Lebkuchen glasieren.
